What's happening this week in workers' compensation? IWP's weekly legislative wrap-up, State of the States, keeps you up to date on important matters within the workers' compensation and pharmacy arena.
This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:
- In Florida, Insurance Commissioner David Altmaier put out a memo saying that health care workers, first responders, and others who test positive for Coronavirus after being exposed at work would qualify for workers' compensation.

The Minnesota legislature unanimously passed a bill that establishes a workers' compensation presumption for COVID-19.
- New York's Workers' Compensation Board announced the delay of the second phase of their drug formulary, which is now set to begin its final implementation on January 1, 2021.
