- In Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth court ruled that a pharmacy could be paid 110% of the average wholesale price for compound cream.
- A new bill introduced in Indiana would allow injured workers to choose their own physician for their workers' compensation injury.
- The New York State Workers' Compensation Board revealed that the new date for the second half of the formulary implementation will occur in the second quarter of 2021.
