This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:
- The Tennessee House and Senate passed a bill that would penalize successor companies for any of the previous company's workers' compensation failures.
- In New Jersey, the legislature is once again expanding workers' compensation benefits for essential workers who have been affected by COVID-19.
- With the last days of the session coming up, the New Hampshire legislature may fail to pass a new mandate on electronic prescribing.
