What's happening this week in workers' compensation? IWP's weekly legislative wrap-up, State of the States, keeps you up to date on important matters within the workers' compensation and pharmacy arena.

This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:
  • Connecticut first responders suffering from mental or emotional impairments will now be provided workers' compensation benefits 
  • Governor Janet Mills signed a bill that will increase workers' compensation benefits for injured workers in the state of Maine 
  • Electronic prescribing for patients will become mandatory in Florida in 2021

This edition also includes updates in states like Nevada, Rhode Island, and New Jersey.
