- In Minnesota, the city of Minneapolis reported a nearly 70% increase in workers' compensation claims and a 66% increase in premiums in 2020.
- A COVID-19 presumption that would allow first responders and certain frontline workers in Connecticut to be eligible for workers' compensation benefits regarding PTSD and mental impairment awaits the Governor's signature.
- New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu signed into law a bill that allows more firefighters to become eligible for workers' compensation benefits.
