This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:
- The Combined Law Enforcement Association of Texas has focused their efforts on asking the state legislature to consider establishing a COVID-19 presumption for first responders.
- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court will hear a case that challenges the rights of pharmacies to participate in utilization reviews.
- The Virginia House Labor and Commerce Committee passed a bill that would include teachers and other school employees in the state's COVID-19 presumption legislation.
This edition also includes updates from Florida and Ohio.
