- A new study from the American Journal of Industrial Medicine indicates that utilization of medical cannabis for injured workers is likely to grow.
- New Hampshire state lawmakers are looking to create a worker's compensation presumption to cover prophylactic treatment for critical exposure suffered by public service and healthcare sector workers who fit certain parameters.
- Meanwhile, in California, proponents of proposition 22 will challenge a California Circuit Court ruling made last month that had it reversed.
