What's happening this week in workers' compensation? IWP's weekly legislative wrap-up, State of the States, keeps you up to date on important matters within the workers' compensation and pharmacy arena.
This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:
- The new Arizona workers' compensation fee schedule will go into effect on Monday, September 30th.
- Last week, the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee in Pennsylvania discussed HB432, a bill that would provide workers' compensation coverage for first responders suffering from mental stress.
- The Mississippi Workers' Compensation board has proposed rule changes that could increase attorney fees in the state of Mississippi.
