Established this year, in 2025, the Chuck McKinley Leadership Award honors individuals who personify IWP’s mission and values, and, through their exceptional leadership, strengthen the culture of our company. It honors individuals who inspire others through effective communication and mentorship, empowering the next generation of leadership along the way. Award recipients exemplify the teamwork and collaboration central to IWP’s many victories. Similar to this award’s namesake, these are individuals of great impact, and IWP is grateful for their leadership.
The inaugural Chuck McKinley Leadership Award was presented at our 2024 National Sales Meeting to none other than Chuck McKinley himself. Moving forward, recipients of this distinguished award will be announced and recognized annually at our National Sales Meeting.
Chuck joined IWP in 2008 and has twice served as Vice President of Sales, playing a key role in the company’s early growth and ongoing success. His contributions have been invaluable, and we’re grateful for his continued support. Congratulations, Chuck!
