This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:
- In California, the Workers' Compensation Institute released a report that studies the impact of COVID-19 on the state's workers' compensation system.
- Kent Sullivan, the Commissioner of the Texas Department of Insurance, announced his intention to step down from his role and return to the private sector.
- The Industrial Commission of Arizona held a public hearing around the proposed changes they have made to the 2020/2021 Pharmacy Fee Schedule.
