- As the legislative session in Ohio comes to an end, it seems unlikely that two PTSD workers' compensation-related bills will pass.
- With the Wisconsin legislature set to convene on January 4, 2021, Republican State Senator Andre Jacques is hopeful that his first responder PTSD bill will pass.
- In Florida, the Division of Workers' Compensation held a conference to gather input from stakeholders regarding the proposed 2021 reimbursement manuals.
