- In Texas, the Workers Defense Project cited discrepancies in the numbers published by the DWC regarding workers who don't have benefits available if they are injured on the job.
- New Jersey Governor Murphy vetoed SB 2354 because it didn't align with an Executive Order that he signed earlier in the pandemic.
- According to a BWC bulletin, beginning on April 1, 2021, a revised formulary will take effect in Ohio.
