This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:
- The Illinois House has a handful of bills related to workers' compensation to take up in 2021, including an attempt to require the adoption of an evidence-based drug formulary.
- Legislators in Oklahoma are once more taking up a bill that would provide additional workers' compensation coverage for first responders.
- In North Carolina, the House is considering a bill that would require practitioners to co-prescribe an opioid antagonist when prescribing an opioid.
