This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:
- The Oklahoma legislature is considering a bill that would allow first responders to collect workers' compensation for a mental health injury with no accompanying physical injury.
- In New York, the Senate is considering a bill that would mandate the Department of Public Health to analyze PDMP data to identify appropriate prescribing of controlled substances.
- The Missouri House is considering a bill that would expand workers' compensation benefits for first responders in the state.
