- Colorado Governor Jared Polis signed a law that allows first responders to qualify for workers' compensation coverage if they experience audible trauma.

- According to a report issued by the New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board, the impact of COVID-19 to the state's workers' compensation system is lower than predicted.
