- The Texas House of Representatives passed a bipartisan bill that would establish a rebuttable presumption for registered nurses who have died or been disabled from COVID-19.
- In Washington state, Governor Jay Inslee enacted two presumption bills with a focus on expanding workers' compensation eligibility to front-line workers.
- State legislatures throughout the country are scrutinizing the ingrained PBM model within the healthcare delivery system.
