- In Texas, the legislature is already preparing for the 2021 session by pre-filing bills, including several COVID-19 workers' compensation presumption initiatives.
- Governor Wolf of Pennsylvania signed into law a new bill that calls for the creation of a task force to examine employee misclassification throughout the Commonwealth.
- The Florida Insurance Commissioner has issued a request to NCCI to offer an additional reduction in workers' compensation rates for 2021.
