This week's legislative wrap-up contains updates including:
- The Colorado Medical Board issued proposed rulemaking that would require the use of electronic prescribing for controlled substances.
- The New York Workers' Compensation Board issued proposed amendments to the state's Medical Treatment Guidelines (MTGs).
- In Washington, D.C., the city council is considering two workers' compensation bills that seek to address inequities in the current system for the city's public employees.
