- In Massachusetts, two COVID presumption workers' compensation bills were referred to study by the Joint Committee on Labor and Workforce Development, effectively leaving them dead in the water.
- The Texas Department of Insurance announced a routine review of eight chapters of the state's workers' compensation regulations.
- The Kansas Supreme Court began an appeal to overturn an appellate court decision that prohibited use of the 6th edition of the AMA guidelines to determine permanent impairment.
